Château de Lisennes has a viticultural history dating back to 1260. The beautiful chartreuse building was built in the 18th century, and the estate has been lovingly tended by the Soubie family since 1938. Across 37 hectares of clay-limestone and silica-silt soils, the family produces an exceptional range of AOC Bordeaux, Bordeaux Supérieur, Rosé, Clairet, and sparkling Crémant de Bordeaux ('Bulles de Lisennes'). Dedicated to sustainable viticulture, the estate holds HVE Level 3 and Terra Vitis environmental certifications, and features a dedicated 7-hectare organic parcel producing a fruit-forward Merlot.

Visits and tastings by appointment. The estate also features an Escape Game and tasting workshops.
