Built in 1886, Château Yon-Figeac sits on 24 hectares of limestone-rich soils in the northwest of the Saint-Émilion appellation. Every grape is harvested by hand, with each parcel vinified separately in modern temperature-controlled stainless steel vats — a meticulous approach that allows the team to sculpt wines of genuine precision. Premier wines are aged in French oak barrels; second wines rest in large foudres. The estate holds ISO 14001 environmental certification and HVE 3 status, reflecting a long-standing commitment to sustainable viticulture dating back to 2011. Two striking sculptures by artist Cécile Pitois frame the château entrance, each one a meditation on the art of blending.
